Dear John tells the story of John Tyree (Channing Tatum), a young soldier home on leave, and Savannah Curtis (Amanda Seyfried) the idealistic college student he feels in love with during her spring vacation.

Over the next seven tumultuous years, the couple are separated with John's increasing deployments while meeting only sporadically, they stay in touch by sending a continuous stream of love letters overseas-- correspondence that eventually triggers fateful consequences.

Long distance relationship.

        Have you ever imagined the world ending? We all know that the world will come soon to an end. Yeah sure. Whoah.. When I saw the 2012 movie, it made my heart pound. Because what happened in the movie is close to what may happen to us many years from now.

        Do you remember the earthquake in Tahiti? The bombing of a building in America? The controversial tsunami in Japan? I cannot name all the tragedy that Earth have suffered before whether it's a natural calamity or not, but those I have mentioned are only few. We will never know what will happen next.

         We do always experience typhoon, flash floods, volcanic eruption and the biggest problem that we are suffering nowadays-- global warming.

         Hey people! Wake up! Let's not wait for the year 2012. Let's start now making changes and let us take good care of our mother Earth. Let's pray to God for this apocalypse not to happen. :))
